Welcome to our Liquid Movement Centre, an oasis of stillness and nurturing therapies right in the heart of Noosa Junction. We are happy to offer a range of therapies to you that will leave you more relaxed and free of pain than you have ever been.
Aquatic Massage, derived from Watsu (Water-Shiatsu) is a gentle form of body therapy performed in warm water, (around 35 Dgr), combining a variety of massage techniques, Acupressure, spine softening movements, opening stretches and dynamic stillness.
Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine are amongst the oldest therapies known to humanity, having been in use for well over two thousand years.
Acupuncture consists of inserting needles at various well-defined points in the body with the aim to restore health by bringing the disrupted flow of energy (QI) back into balance.
We also offer Moxibustion (warming of points) and Cupping.
Gestalt therapy is a form of humanistic psychotherapy that encourages awareness of repetitive destructive patterns in your life and helps you with trying out new and healthy behaviour.
